Participating in and belonging to a local body of believers is a great privilege because of the ways God uses the church. The church is where God can be known and experienced in a special way because it is where God has chosen to dwell, by His Spirit, in a unique way. The church is also God's chosen vehicle to continue to pull people out of the pit of darkness into his marvelous light.

One of the tremendously beautiful aspects of the church is that its membership is open to anyone from anywhere that is willing to have Jesus as Savior and Lord. As wonderful as this is, it is not without challenges because it is made up of people that have a ton of differences. Although the differences that exist amongst church members can be challenging to navigate, God uses them to grow us. 

A church member is responsible for utilizing their God given time, talents and treasures to increase the quality and quantity of disciples being produced by our church. As a member participates, they are to work out their differences with others and lay aside their preferences for the sake of others. The way in which each member assists in the church's mission will vary.
