We hope you are encouraged by everything God has done through Abundant Life over the past year and continue to pray over this upcoming year!
A Note from pastor shane
As I look back on this past year at Abundant Life, my heart is full of gratitude and hope. Again and again, we have seen God’s faithfulness in every area of ministry — from the visible moments of worship and community, to the quiet, behind-the-scenes work that keeps our church thriving.
Through our Communications, Financial, and Facilities teams, we’ve watched prayers answered, provision given at just the right time, and dedicated teams serving with excellence. Our Music and Creative teams reminded us that worship is more than songs or visuals — it’s about pointing every heart toward Jesus. City Serve stepped out in faith with the launch of the Food Pantry and Café, and God has already used it to feed both bodies and souls. Our Hospitality, Care, and Breakfast teams welcomed people with love, showing Christ’s heart in tangible ways. And our Rooted and Uprising Youth ministries celebrated growth, creativity, and life-changing commitments to follow Jesus.
The theme of “Journey” has been more than a word for us this year — it has been a lived experience. Each ministry has walked forward in faith, sometimes through transitions or challenges, but always with the assurance that God goes before us. And as He has proven time and again, He is orchestrating more than we can see.
As we look to the year ahead, my prayer is that we continue to walk this journey together with open hands and open hearts. May we be a people who serve faithfully, love deeply, and point everything back to the One who makes all things new — Jesus Christ.
